How do you deliver my watch?

All items are sent with New Zealand Couriers and will require a signature upon delivery. In some circumstances a signature may not be obtained, e.g Rural delivery. 
If you wish for your item to be sent non-signature, please provide this information during the checkout process by noting your request in the 'Special instructions' box.
The Watch Company will not be liable for lost items if sent non-signature.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free of charge for all orders to standard urban and rural addresses within New Zealand. Please note some addresses including Great Barrier Island may incur additional charges which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us if you require further information.

Can I track delivery of my watch?

Yes. As soon as your watch is dispatched from our warehouse, we will email you the courier track & trace details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 1-3 business days for urban deliveries and 4-5 business days for rural deliveries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on Saturdays & Sundays at this time.

What if my order doesn't turn up?

Please allow 1-3 business days for urban deliveries and 4-5 business days for rural deliveries. If your parcel still hasn't arrived you may want to track your order using the link provided in your confirmation of shipping email. New Zealand Couriers can also be contacted on 0800 800 841.
If you are still having difficulty locating your delivery, contact us & we will be glad to assist you.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

All parcels are sent signature required so we recommend making your delivery address a place where someone will be there to receive it. If nobody is there to sign for the parcel a card to call should be left by the courier to let you know delivery was attempted. There are instructions on how and what to do next on the card to call. 

If you are having no luck, the best thing to do is call New Zealand Couriers on 0800 800 841 and quote your tracking number. Alternatively, you can contact us & we may be able to assist you.
